Key milestones

• 2009 — The first truck
  Paul Flores bought a single box truck, hired two crew members, and started taking moving calls out of a small office in Atlanta, GA. The promise from day one was simple: be on time, quote a price you intend to honor, and treat every house like it belongs to a neighbor.
• 2011 — First growth phase
  After two years of word-of-mouth referrals, we doubled the fleet, hired our first full-time dispatcher, and expanded into the surrounding suburbs — Marietta, Sandy Springs, Decatur, and Roswell were the first cities we routinely covered outside the city limits.
• 2013 — Commercial moves and first storage facility
  We added commercial moving to the lineup, working with law firms, medical practices, and small offices on weekend and after-hours jobs. The same year we opened our first storage facility — climate-controlled vaults that have been a cornerstone of our long-distance work ever since.
• 2015 — Interstate moving launched
  Responding to demand from Atlanta households relocating to Texas, Florida, and the Carolinas, we registered our DOT authority for interstate moves and began running cross-country trucks under our own license — no broker-handoffs and no third-party carriers.
• 2017 — Online booking, digital quotes, and inventory
  We rolled out an in-house booking system, digital walk-through quotes, and per-item inventory tagging tied to the booking record. The result: fewer phone-tag delays before the move, and a cleaner paper trail in case anything is ever questioned afterward.
• 2020 — Adapting through the pandemic
  We rolled out contactless quotes, PPE on the crew, and sanitation protocols between jobs, and kept the schedule moving through one of the toughest stretches the industry has had. Veterans, seniors, and first responders got discounted rates that year that we still honor.
• 2023 — Community and sustainability work
  We started a pro-bono moving program for selected student scholarship recipients in partnership with local schools, and began testing reusable plastic moving crates and biodegradable packing materials on full-service jobs to cut down on cardboard waste.
• 2024 — A decade-plus on the road
  By the start of 2024, we had completed well over 4300 household and commercial moves, expanded the team to over 102 dispatchers, drivers, packers, and crew leads, and refined a flat-rate quoting model that almost never moves between the booking and the final invoice.
